These terms cover your use of the MoonFable app and website. By using MoonFable you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The service

MoonFable provides illustrated children's stories with optional audio narration. The first chapter of every series is free; the rest of the library requires a MoonFable Pro subscription.

Subscriptions

• MoonFable Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $7.99/month or $59.99/year (prices may vary by region), each with a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trial time, if unused, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Content

All stories, illustrations, audio, and branding are owned by MoonFable and protected by copyright. They're for your family's personal, non-commercial use within the app. Please don't redistribute, resell, or re-publish them.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to copy the content library, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service. That's it — read stories, enjoy bedtime.

Disclaimer & liability

MoonFable is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and bug-free but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
