Is anything free?

Yes — the first chapter of every series is free forever, no account needed.

How do subscriptions work?

MoonFable Pro unlocks every chapter of every series: $7.99/month or $59.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device — cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal stops the next charge.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the app, tap the gear icon, pass the grown-ups gate, and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Do stories work offline?

Yes. Any story you've opened stays on the device, and you can download a whole series from the grown-ups screen before a trip.

The narration or pictures won't load

A story needs the internet the first time it's opened (it downloads, then plays offline forever). If a story won't load, check your connection and try again — and if it keeps happening, email us and we'll dig in.
